EV Homecharge Solutions

Our Home charge installations are geared towards customers who wish to charge their electric vehicle from the comfort of their own home whilst utilising the most up to date technology. We offer a number of units to suit each customers individual needs featuring the latest smart technology and charge speeds up to 7 kW .

As an OLEV accredited installer we have access to the OLEV EV Homecharge Scheme, which provides a potential saving of £350 per installed socket up to a maximum of 2 sockets per household (subject to T&C’s)

In order to qualify, you must fulfil the following criteria.

  • Have dedicated off-street parking 
  • Own or have ordered an electric vehicle, purchased after 1st October 2016 or
  • Lease an electric car with a minimum 6-month lease at the time of application or
  • Registered named driver on an electric company car with a minimum of 6-months remaining at the time of application

OLEV Grants (Office for Low Emission Vehicles Grants )

What you need to know: The Office for Low Emission Vehicles (OLEV) support the growth of ultra-low emission vehicles (ULEV) in the United Kingdom. To encourage the growth of EV usage across UK, OLEV provide subsidised grants aimed at the installation of both home and workplace chargers.

OLEV Homecharge Grant

The OLEV Homecharge Grant also known as Electric Vehicle Homecharge Scheme (EVHS) provides a % off the cost of purchasing & installing a home charging point up to a maximum value of £350. The incentive limits the number of charge points to one per eligible vehicle with a maximum of two per household.

To qualify for the grant, you must meet the following criteria: 

  • You must have dedicated off-street parking
  • Your charger must use smart technology
  • Your charger must be installed by an OLEV approved installer
  • Your plug-in vehicle was purchased after 1st October 2016

OLEV Workplace Charging Grant

The OLEV workplace charge scheme (also known as WCS) provides support towards the up-front costs of the purchase and installation of electric vehicle charge-points, for eligible businesses, charities and public sector organisations.

The Workplace Charging Scheme provides a % off the cost per socket up to a maximum 20 sockets at a maximum cost of £350 per socket.

To qualify for this grant, you must meet the following criteria: 

  • You must have dedicated off-street parking
  • Your charger must be installed by an OLEV approved installer
  • You must be able to prove a need for electric vehicle charging equipment or an intent to encourage uptake among their staff and/or fleet.
